The following guidelines are to assist in setting standards for appropriate attire on the throughout the entire facility.


These standards are put in place for employee safety and security And fairly apply to everyone.

 

  • Cargo pants or shorts with excessive pockets (2 front and 2 back are acceptable)
  • Pant legs rolled up or with elastic bottoms (sweat pants etc.)
  • Shirts/Sweaters/T-Shirts exceeding the top of the thigh in length must be tucked into pants or shorts
  • NO Excessive studs, zippers or metal in jeans or pants (bedazzled pants or studded belts are examples)
  • NO Ripped jeans
  • Head gear of any kind including baseball caps, fashion hats, “do-rags”, bandanas, or hat/caps with bills. Skull caps/knit hats can be only worn during inclement weather from October – March.
  • Sweat bands may be worn but must be removed at security
  • NO Excessively baggy attire, including armholes (not to exceed 2 inches) exposing the torso or undergarments
  • NO Loose waistbands, low falling crotches and attire representing 2-3 sizes beyond the actual pant size of the individual, or pants intentionally worn low. 
  • Lace foot apparel must be tied, shoes must be totally enclosed, no sandals, mules, open toed or open heeled or any platform shoe of any kind 
  • NO Halter tops, tank tops, tube tops or spaghetti straps (under 4 inches wide)
  • NO Sheer or mesh clothing that exposes undergarments or body
  • NO Offensive clothing that includes words, phrases or pictures
  • NO Low cut pants, jeans or midriff tops which expose any flesh
  • NO Pants that resemble tights, leggings, stretch pants or yoga pants but be worn with a shirt that covers mid-hip to thigh.
  • NO Bags, Purses or clutches of any kind (Small Feminine Hygiene pouch is accepted
  • NO hoodies / Jackets with hoods / Jackets with excessive pockets
  • Only closed toed shoes are allowed. No Crocs. NO Converse shoes. Steal toed shoes are NOT required.


CELL PHONES MUST STAY in your assigned locker. NO cell phones are allowed on the production floor.

-NO SMART WATCHES OR EAR BUDS ALLOWED


ALL Cell phones, DVD’s, CD’s, music players, cameras or electronic devices of any kind are NOT allowed within the facility unless correctly registered and approved by arvato SCM security and management are strictly prohibited

 

*Any breaking of the rules subjects you to extra search’s upon passing through security

*Any employee wearing incorrect clothing will need to change before you will be allowed on the warehouse floor
