Time Keeping:

Kelly Clock is located just inside the employee entrance.

You will be given a badge your first day and you will use your badge to clock in and out. You must bring your ID on your 1st day for a badge to be issued.

In order to record time worked, all temporary associates keep record of their time in Kronos, this will create the company’s only record of hours worked and pay is computed from hours on the electronic timecard. It is your obligation to see that all time worked is recorded properly and accurately using the assigned badge.

Temporary associate must clock in and clock out at the beginning and end of their scheduled shift and for their designated unpaid meal break.

If you fail to clock in or out for any part of your shift, report the actual in or out time to your onsite supervisor immediately by filling out and signing a Punch Correction Form, so (s)he can verify and enter your time in Kronos.

Do not willfully record time on another associate’s timecard by using their badge. Similarly, you may not allow another associate to clock in or out, alter or record your time on your behalf.

In the event you are unable to clock in when reporting to work, you must immediately notify your supervisor, do not work off the clock.

No temp associate may consistently clock in or out more than 5 minutes prior to, or 5 minutes after their shift. Temp associates may clock in earlier than their scheduled start time only with approval from their onsite supervisor.

All overtime must be pre-approved by your supervisor.
